A user will fail registration since he/she is submitting data on the registration page which does not match the data that RSA has on file.
There can be several reasons why data will not match:
Please check the activity log, which is in the Customer Service application.
The system will show what data element(s) is submitted incorrectly.
Please log in to the Customer Service application; go to the ?Non Registered Cardholder? Tab.
Then enter the card number in the text box and click on ?Activity log?.
The Activity log will appear, in which you can view all the activities performed by the cardholder or Customer Service representatives, including failed registration attempts and the corresponding reason.
