IssueWhen logging into the Security Console, the following happens after selecting Users > Manage Existing and searching for a user in an external identity source.  The following error displays:  Unexpected error during command com.rsa.admin.SearchPrincipalsCommand execution.

The system activity monitor also shows the error and the specific user that caused the eror when viewing details. 


 
CauseThis error will display when the user ID displayed in the system activity monitor is not well-configured in the external identity source.
ResolutionTo resolve the issue, reconfigure the user through the external identity source and then search for the user again.
