IssueWhen upgrading from version 10.3.4 to 10.4 or above and the Security Analytics Role Names and Device Role Names do not match, users are not able to access services.  If the Role Name contain spaces, users are unable to edit them.
WorkaroundBefore upgrading, verify that the groups (Roles) are the same in the Security Analytics UI as well as on core devices and that the names do not contain spaces.
