<hh:mm:ss> N TP-Processor3 Constructed WburException, code = ACE.2 msg = Ace operation failed. Failed to close an ACE/Server connection. ACE Error: Connection to RSA ACE/Server has been lost. Exit and log in, again null" appears on the browser.

Cause

These symtpoms are seen are seen when using the incorrect version of RSA Deployment Manager with RSA Authentication Manager

NOTE: the config.properties file in the wbur<inst_dir>\RSA Web Service\Tomcat\webapps\RSASWE\WEB-INF\config directory reports the version of software installed. 

Resolution

Customers are advised to use RSA Deployment Manager 1.3.1 with RSA Authentication Manager 6.1.x.  RSA Deployment Manager 1.3 is only supported with RSA ACE/Server 5.2 and RSA Authentication Manager 6.0.
