IssueAfter undocking the Menu Bar by dragging it by the little three-dot icon in the upper left, then clicking the X in the upper-right corner of the undocked menu bar, it does not return after closing and re-opening the application.

ResolutionIf you hit the Alt key while keyboard focus is on Investigator, the undocked menu bar reappears. You can then redock it normally.
