This applies to the Back Office Administration of a Subscription Notifications, DDE Generate Notification Event, or On Demand Notification Templates. In the To field of the Recipient section, a user no longer sees entries for any recipients based off Fields. Recipients from Users and/or Groups are still seen and able to be added or removed. Recipients from Fields are not visible, and therefore cannot be added or removed, but that information is still persisted in the database. As a result, all recipients base on Field that were getting notifications prior to the upgrade, still receive notifications. The functionality that is lost is the ability to remove/add Field recipients as well as view those that are currently selected.

Upgrading to this hotfix will resolve the issue. No data has been lost. It is a display issue.
