Issue7.1 API - issue software token via C#
When executing the IssueSoftwareTokensCommand the following stack trace is generated:

Error: com.rsa.command.exception.InvalidArgumentException
   at com.rsa.command.SOAPCommandTarget.executeCommand(TargetableCommand command
   at com.rsa.command.TargetableCommand.execute(CommandTarget target)
   at com.rsa.command.TargetableCommand.execute()
   at com.rsa.samples.admin.AdminAPIDemos.doIssueToken()
   at com.rsa.samples.admin.AdminAPIDemos.Main(String[] args)
CauseNot setting a value for DistributeSoftTokenRequest.protectedMethod incorrectly causes the protection method to default to IssueSoftTokenRequestBase.ST_PROTECTED_BY_PASSWORD.
The InvalidArgumentException is caused by the fact that no password has been set (DistributeSoftTokenRequest.password).
ResolutionTo successfully issue a software token you must set the protectedMethod to one of the documented values or to -1 if no protection is desired.  If the protection method chosen specifies a password you must also set DistributeSoftTokenRequest.password.
NotesIf using the Java API, no password protection is the default.  Calling DistributeSoftTokenRequest.setProtectedMethod() is not strictly necessary.  This inconsistency will be corrected in a future patch to the SDK.
