IssueCISCO AnyConnect when connect to a wired environment popped up a second login prompt where RSA Authentication Agent 7.2.1 for Windows (LAC) is installed.
CauseThe issue is related to the RSA Authentication Agent 7.2.1 for Windows Credential Provider not being registered correctly in the Microsoft Windows workstation, perhaps due to the order of product installation.
ResolutionThe following information was given as a resolution from a customer and has not yet been tested by RSA.
1.Logon to the Microsoft Windows workstation as a local administrator
2.Open a Command Prompt as the local administrator
3.Enter the following commands:
   regsvr32 /s “C:\Program Files\Common Files\RSA Shared\RSA Credential Provider\SIDCredentialProfivder.dll”
   timeout /t 3
