IssueThe incorrect error message occurs in the under Admin > System > Diagnostics under Initialization Warnings:

The Oracle version is not supported

In addition, an incorrect log message at the WARN log level also occurs in the aveksaServer.log during startup.

CauseThe startup code incorrectly flags the version as unsupported for remote databases. 
ResolutionPer the documentation in the RSA Identity Management & Governance 6.9.1 Platform Support MatrixOracle 12c version is supported as a remote database for RSA Identity Management and Governance 6.9.1.   The product incorrectly indicates that is not supported on startup.   This warning message has no functional impact on the product and can be ignored.

This error message will be suppressed in future patches of 6.9.1.
