IssueManually created incidents in Incident Management cannot be sent to Archer when the incident Summary field is blank. The Summary field should be required.
ResolutionThis issue is resolved in SecOps 1.2.0.2.  If you are using an earlier version of SecOps, you will see this issue.
WorkaroundIn the Create Incident dialog box, the Summary field is required.
  1. In the Alerts tab, select an alert. 
  2. Click Create an Incident
  3. Enter information in the Name and Summary fields
The incident will then be created successfully.
