IssueIn the Incidents > Configure > Notifications tab there is a link to Email Server Settings that does not work for SOC_Managers.
This is due to a change in the path to the email server settings in Security Analytics 10.5 and this causes the SOC_Managers to see the following error:
message: 403 Forbidden. You cannot access the requested page

ResolutionThis issue has been permanently resolved in Security Analytics
WorkaroundAdministrators may perform either of the following:
  • Click the link to access the settings.
  • Access the email settings via: Administration > System > Global Notifications > Servers.
