27 Jul 2015 03:15:01,602 ERROR [com.rsa.re.offlinetasks.tasks.cleanup.CleanupTask] Cleaning up following tables did not completed successfully
CauseThe Offline tasks job is not able to perform it's cleanup due to database contention.
ResolutionThis problem is almost always caused by having more than one instance of the AAOP scheduler application running. Check all your application servers and make sure scheduler is only deployed on one of them.
If your the scheduler application is only deployed once, then verify no maintenance or other batch jobs are running against the AAOP Core database. If no other jobs are running and the job keeps failing, double check all your application servers. You most likely have a second instance of the Scheduler running.
WorkaroundWhen you are having trouble with the "Offline" tasks job running under the scheduler due to various issues, you can disable the job from the Backoffice -> Administration -> Scheduled Tasks screen and instead run it manually. Refer to chapter 3 of the AAOP Operations Guide.
