ResolutionWhen users are not able to login to ACM, the best process to check that passwords are correct:
1. Check the passwords in the authentication source
2. Check the T_DATA_COLLECTORS table for the ID (ID_IDC) of each collector referenced and then make sure the T_AUTH_CONFIGURATIONS IDC_ID corresponds to the data in the T_DATA_COLLECTORS
