IssueMany HXTT*.TMP files are being created under /home/oracle directory.
CauseThe HXTT JAVA DB driver creates these temporary files as part of its normal operations.  You can expect there to be times where there are none of these files and times where there are many of these files.  System administrators must make sure that there is enough room for these files to be created or there might be problems.
The files should be auto-deleted within roughly 24 hours.
ResolutionIn general, there is nothing that needs to be done and these files should be left alone.  Deleting files that are in use could cause unknown consequences.
WorkaroundHowever, if any of these files are more than 2 days old, it should be safe to manually delete them to free up storage space.  If there are repeated occurrences of these files not being auto-deleted, please open a support case before deleting the files so the root cause can be investigated.
