Issue | The Oracle database instance is running and accessible, the Tomcat server appears to be running but you can't access the ACM Admin UI through the browser. |
Cause | Firewall is blocking the connections. |
Resolution | You can typically log in via http on port 8445 as in http://<server>:8445/aveksa 1. Restart the firewall from the command line, logged in as the Oracle user, using this command: sudo service iptables start If you receive errors check to see if the /etc/sysconfig/iptables is populated. If not copy a backup from the post-install directory |
