IssueThe Oracle database instance is running and accessible, the Tomcat server appears to be running but you can't access the ACM Admin UI through the browser.
CauseFirewall is blocking the connections.
ResolutionYou can typically log in via http on port 8445 as in http://<server>:8445/aveksa
1. Restart the firewall from the command line, logged in as the Oracle user, using this command:
sudo service iptables start

If you receive errors check to see if the /etc/sysconfig/iptables is populated. If not copy a backup from the post-install directory
