Issue | When trying to open a workflow node's property dialog an Application Blocked message appears:

Cause | Java security settings are preventing the workflow node's applet from running. |
Resolution | To change the security settings, open the Java control panel found under the Control Panel menu or accessible from the Java node shown in the system tray when editing a workflow. To get the view of the Java Control Panel below you may alternately need to navigate in Windows from the Start Menu->All Programs->Java->Configure Java. Go to the Security tab and add the site to the Exception Site List:
