IssueNo jurisdiction available when installing Keon Registration Authority after approving certificates
No jurisdiction displayed in drop-down menu
Certificate approved from "Certificate Operations"
CauseIf no jurisdiction is available in the drop-down menu when installing KRA and after the certificate request was approved, this could be because the certificate request has been approved from the Certificate Operations instead of the Administrator Operations
ResolutionWhen installing KRA, at one step in the installation procedures, you need to approve the certificates that are being requested by KRA. Don't approve the certificate from the "Certificate Operations" - instead, click "Administrator Operations", and in the left-hand menu under "Installation", select "request-active", then approve the certificate request from there. Lastly, go back to the KRA installation, and the jurisdiction selected when approving the certificate request will be listed there.
