|Issue||While we are doing an export on the control procedures application under SOX 404 solution in production , we are getting an error message as shown below. The strange thing is one user is able to export without any issues, but the other user with the same roles as well as my ID with sys admin role is seeing the below issue. Is it possible to pull the archer logs and see why we are getting this issue on some of the user IDs?|
|Cause||No logs pertaining to this issue were there.|
A blank control record was in the export set for those users..
|Resolution||Once the blank record was removed, the export worked.|
