IssueCustomer is trying to import a token on to his BlackBerry device 10 via CT-KIP. The token import fails with an error. The token imports successfully if he does file based import.
The token import failed via CT-KIP with an error: "Invalid URL. Import failed. Contact your administrator" on BlackBerry 10.
 
CauseCustomer has installed RSA Software token in his personal space. However, his OWA email client is in work space. Administrator could not copy the URL from his email to RSA token application. So he was manually typing the CT-KIP URL. There is a typo in the URL.
ResolutionInstall RSA Software token application in the same space as the email client to avoid manual typing of URL.There is a typo in the URL which admin typed manually. Verify that the securid is not spelled as "secureid".

WorkaroundInstall RSA Software token application in the same space as the email client to avoid manual typing of URL.
