Issue | When importing an RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle database backup using the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle database import script $AVEKSA_HOME/database/DBA/AVDB/scripts/AVDB_Import_AVUSER.sh, the import succeeds but the following errors are seen both in the terminal output and in the import log file ($AVEKSA_HOMEAveksaExportImportDir/Import_AVDB_avuser.log):
These same Oracle errors may repeat several times for different tables. |
Cause | RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 6.5.x and later no longer uses an AVEKSA_DATA_DIRECTORY directory. These errors occur when importing a database schema from a version of RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle prior to 6.5.x into a version later than 6.5.x. This is a known issue reported in engineering ticket ACM-40345. |
Resolution | These errors are benign and may be safely ignored. This issue is fixed in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 6.9.1 and above. |
Notes | The import log file may contain other errors that are not benign, so please check the log carefully to make sure the import succeeded. |
