RSA Version/Condition: All
|Issue||When importing an RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle database backup, using the RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle database import script /home/oracle/database/DBA/AVDB/scripts/AVDB_Import_AVUSER.sh, the following errors are seen, yet the import succeeds.|
"ORA-39083: Object type TABLE:"AVUSER"."STX_RES_27_61996" failed to create with error:
"ORA-06564: object AVEKSA_DATA_DIRECTORY does not exist"
These error messages are seen in the terminal output and in the import log file located in /home/oracle/AveksaExportImportDir/Import_AVDB_avuser.log
These same Oracle errors may repeat several times for different tables most of which are prefixed with STX. For example,
|Cause||RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 6.5.x and later no longer uses an AVEKSA_DATA_DIRECTORY directory. These errors occur when importing a database schema from a version of RSA Identity Governance& Lifecycle prior to 6.5.x into a version later than 6.5.x.|
These are benign errors and may be safely ignored. Install 6.9.1 or above to prevent these errors in the future.
|Notes|| The log may contain other errors that are not benign, so please check the log carefully to make sure the import succeeded.|
