RSA NetWitness Live Manager

|Issue||RSA NetWitness Live Manager nightly email shows no content updated.|
RSA NetWitness Live Manager sends email at roughly about 11:30pm every night stating which content has been updated, as shown in the example below. However in some cases resource updates may stop unexpectedly.
|Cause||In some cases resource updates may not be published. Usually the above message can be ignored. However if resources are not updated after several days, the subscriptions.xml file may need to be refreshed. To do so the following steps must take place.|
Open Live Manager and select Manage, Subscriptions, Resources. Navigate down the tree and unsubscribe from all content. This includes parsers, feeds, reports, etc etc.
After the above steps have been performed, allow about 24-48 hours for the service to generate reports. The output of the report should be similar to this:
