IssueKB-1655 Authentication Test login may fail with ?ERROR: Authentication Module: ?LDAPLogin? not found in configuration
NOTE: The Authentication Source Test button is used to check the Authenticationconfiguration and sample user login

Customers running the Aveksa ACM application on an IBM WebSphere Server may experience a Authentication test login failure. The error, seen on UI while clicking on Test button, is: ERROR: Authentication Module: ?LDAPLogin? not found in configuration?

This error can be due to incorrect name definitions in the Authentication Configuration in the Aveksa Admin UI.

The following parameters should be checked to ensure they are correct. These parameters can be found by logging into the UI as the AveksaAdmin or as an Admin user and selecting Admin --> System --> Authentication

1. The Source Name should be the same as the JASS Alias Name.   Note: For better understanding please refer to the attached screen shot:  Example_For_Failed_test_authentication_due_to_name_mismatch.png

2. The Module class name should be defined as: com.aveksa.server.authentication.TestLoginModule. Note that in the "6.0.2: Aveksa_Compliance_Manager_Installation_on_WebLogic_Guide.pdf" page number 49 & "6.5:Installation_on_WebSphere_Guide.pdf" page number 51 documentation, the Module class name is shown as com.aveksa.server.authentication.TestLoginModule Authentication. The extra "Authentication" should not be included while configuring Module class Name. This Documentation will be corrected in the guides for ACM Versions 6.0.3 and 6.5.1
