IssueUninstall QuickAdmin when co-resident with Deployment Manager
CauseQuickAdmin may not appear in Add/Remove Programs list.
ResolutionUndeploy the QuickAdmin application via Tomcat's administrative capability:

1) Temporarily add a user with manager role to the list of user templates in C:\Program Files\RSA Security\RSA Web Service\Tomcat\conf\tomcat-users.xml.  Note that this capability is off by default for security reasons.

For example:

  <user username="admin" password="1234" roles="standard,manager"/>

2) Restart the RSA Web Service

3)  Confirm that you can access the manager commands by browsing to http://<QA FQDN>:8080/manager/list and verify that you get a list of web deployed webapps.  Note you will be prompted to authenticate as the manager user created in step 1).

4) Now undeploy Quickadmin by browsing to http://<QA FQDN>:8080/manager/undeploy?path=/quickadmin

If this command succeeds, you will see a response like this:

  OK - Undeployed application at context path /quickadmin
