CauseIf an LDAP job is stuck, it can block other jobs from running
Resolution

Connect to the ACE Primary. Stop all ACE Services on the Primary.

look for a process sdldapsync on UNIX or sdldapsync.exe on Windows. Kill or stop the process as needed.

Restart ACE Services. Open up Host mode on the Primary. List LDAP Synchronizations to make sure the status no longer shows as RUNNING

Delete the LDAP job, recreate it if needed. When recreating, do not have it run more frequently than once per 24 hours
