IssueUnable to SSO to Microsoft Report Builder using Protocol Transition

Report Builder throws the following exception:

Below is a summary of the errors, details of these errors are listed later in the log.
* Activation of http://www.site.domain.com/ReportServer/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder.application resulted in exception. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Downloading http://www.site.domain.com/ReportServer/ReportBuilder/ReportBuilder.application did not succeed.
+ The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

CauseReport Builder does not maintain session state with the Reporting Services application.  The ClearTrust session cookie CTSESSION is not preserved.  This prevents Protocol Transition from working correctly for Report Builder.
ResolutionThe RSA ClearTrust Protocol Transition authentication mechanism may be used to provide single sign on (SSO) to Microsoft Reporting Services; however the Report Builder tool will not work correctly.  This is a known limitation of the integration.
