Error: "Unable to initialize accept socket"

socket:/usr2/home/yanyan/work_sol/build/../sslc/crypto/sio/s_sock.c:380:"
The socket will show as bound when executing netstat
CauseThe socket sdcommd uses on port 5570 did not close out when RSA ACE/Server services were shut down
ResolutionCall RSA Security Customer Support for a hot-fix that addresses this issue. This will be resolved in patch 3 for ACE/Server 5.01

If first time for ACE/Server startup see solution  ACE/Server bind socket errors if trying to startup without an active NIC. .
