IssueCannot enroll for SSL certificate requested by Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 in RSA Keon Certificate Authority
When enrolling for a SSL certificate from Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 through the KCA enrollment screen, it fails with the following message:

"PKCS10Parse(): [XrcDECODINGFAILURE] unable to complete decoding operation. XudaParsePKCS10Request(): [XrcDECODINGFAILURE: unable to complete decoding operation"
When viewing the request through a ASN.1 Dump utility, the object "stateorProvinceName" had an error: "Object has zero length"
CauseWhen making the certificate request, the State/Province field was not filled in
Resolution
To correct this issue, ensure that all fields are correctly filled in.
