Catastrophic failure message when upgrading Envision
Resolution

When upgrading enVison, if a "catastrophic failure" error message appears, it could be due to a corrupted setup.ilg file in the install shield folder.
The known GUID for the install shield where this error occurs is:
{B1A7C69D-DC8F-4B82-B075-2D71EC19656F}

The fix for this is to replace the setup.ilg file with a another one.
The file is located in C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{B1A7C69D-DC8F-4B82-B075-2D71EC19656F}. You can obtain an updated setup.ilg file from NIC Support.
