CauseThis error appears when an AP has defined an invalid SOAP Binding Service URL
ResolutionTo correct this issue, go to the RSA ClearTrust Asserting Party settings page and perform the following steps:

1. Correct the SOAP Binding Service URL

2. Click Generate to create a new Source ID based on the modified URL
