Issue | Cannot remove user from ClearTrust group if userid is all numeric characters Users with userid composed of all numeric values (like 7654321) cannot be removed from user group member list through the ClearTrust Entitlements Manager (ClearTrust admingui). If ClearTrust administrator selects Manage Users -> User Groups -> Manage Existing -> Show All -> click "Users" link for the selected user group -> Select the user with all-numeric userid -> Click "Remove" button, and the following error pops up: "You did not select anything" The above problem does not occur for users with userid set to all characters or a mix of alphabetical and numeric characters. If the ClearTrust administrator selects all users in the group by clicking the check box next to "Remove" button, the ClearTrust admingui only selects up to the userid with all-numeric values, and the rest of the users are not selected automatically |
