|Issue||Failed to query security software token|
When clicking 'connect' button on Check Point remote access client E75.20, using the RSA SecurID software token version 4.1 for authentication an error message is generated
|Cause||software token automation API compatibility problem|
RSA has released the RSA SecurID desktop application with Software Token Automation software (e.g. RSASecurIDTokenAuto411.msi) which provides an installation package to support backwards compatibility for using the software token automation API. The software token automation API enables integration with leading VPN and remote access applications so that users are only required to enter a user name and RSA SecurID PIN for authentication.
