|Issue||Installing Remote Administration Patch; upgrading Remote Administration|
While trying to run patch_ra.exe, the message, "unable to open " appears, giving a file name.
|Cause||Had moved the prog/progui directory instead of backing it up.|
|Resolution||1. Back up (copy files to another directory) the ace/prog/progui directory while leaving the original files in place.|
2. Run aceserver_version_patch#_ra.exe, where version is the ACE/Server version, and patch# is the patch applied to the ACE/Server.
