IssueKeon Web PassPort - Turning on client debugging
ResolutionProblems with the Web PassPort Client can be better analyzed if some debugging information can be logged. This logging can be enabled through a registry setting on the desktop. Contact RSA Technical Support for this registration file.

Once you receive this file, the following registry setting will be created by double-clicking on the file:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\RSA Security\Web PassPort\Plug-In\2.00\Base System\Debug

and the debug level will be set to 8. The debug can be set from 0 to 15 with fifteen providing logging the most information.
