IssueHow to properly start and stop the ACE/Server.
ResolutionFor UNIX platforms:

In order to properly start the ACE/Server do the following:
        cd /var/ace/prog
        ./sdconnect start
        ./aceserver start

In order to properly shutdown the ACE/Server do the following:
        cd /var/ace/prog
        ./aceserver stop
        ./sdconnect shutdown

NOTE:  ./sdconnect shutdown is not featured in ACE/Server 3.3.  Please use "./sdconnect stop", followed by "./sdconnect clean" if you are running ACE/Server 3.3.

For Windows NT platforms:

In order to properly start the ACE/Server do the following:
        Start-> Settings-> Control Panel-> ACE/Server -> ACE/Server-> Start

In order to properly shutdown the ACE/Server do the following:
        Start-> Settings-> Control Panel-> ACE/Server-> ACE/Server-> Stop
