IssueHow to view or change the number of passcode retries before being put into next tokencode mode or disabling the token?
Resolution
For Windows NT or 2000:

Click Start > Programs > ACE/Server > Configuration Management.

To view the settings, choose client. To make changes, choose edit and then client. Refer to Appendix B for Windows NT: Configuring the RSA ACE/Server in the RSA ACE/Server Administration Manual for more details on each setting.

For UNIX:

To view, type:

"path"/ace/prog/sdinfo | more

To change, type:

"path"/ace/prog/sdsetup -config

Press enter to accept the current settings until the header that starts with "How many wrong PASSCODES" then change the settings as desired.  Changes will not take effect until the ACE/Server is stopped and restarted.  Refer to
Appendix B for UNIX: RSA ACE/Server Reconfiguration in the RSA ACE/Server Administration Manual for more details on each setting.
