IssueError: "Blackberry device error: starting securid: Module: "securidLib " not found" when launching RSA SecurID Software Token for BlackBerry Handhelds
RSA SecurID Software Token for BlackBerry Handhelds was pushed wireless
CauseInstalled old version of RSA SecurID Software Token for BlackBerry Handhelds 2.0 (version 2.0.7 to 2.0.10) on the device and files were not deleted completely. The original version was shipped with 3 files, one of which was the securidLib.cod file. This securidLib.cod file is no longer required.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, follow these steps:

1. Delete the Software Token application files manually from the device (Securid.cod, SecuridLib.cod, and SecurID.alx)

2. Delete the Application package on BES server and create a new package for wireless push

3. Restart IT Policy service on BES server to update the server with the new package
