IssueDeployment Manager Trace
CauseDebug logging needs to be enabled in Deployment Manager

To enable Deployment Manager Trace

  1. Backup  ..\webapps\rsaswe\web-inf\web.xml file and edit 
  2. Set the following variables to Yes.
    • DebugLogging (this is the only option available prior to DM 1.3.1)
    • ErrorLogging
    • ActivityLogging
    • NormalLogging
    • Database_DebugLogging
    • Database_InformationalLogging
    • CustomAPI_DebugLogging
    • CustomAPI_InformationalLogging
    • Background_Process_DebugLogging
    • Background_Process_InformationalLogging
    • Email_DebugLogging
    • Email_InformationalLogging
  3. Save the file
  4. Now backup  ..webapps\rsaswe\web-inf\config\config.properties and edit
  5. Set ACE_LOG=YES
  6. Save the file
  7. Restart Tomcat (or JRun) services to have the change take effect. 
  8. Restart the RSA Web Service on the Deployment Manager machine.
  9. Remember to disable debug logging when finished troubleshooting.
