|Issue||How to find Device Serial number from Blackberry|
You can import Software Token for Blackberry either by using the device itself or the Blackberry Desktop Software that may be installed on your laptop.
Method 1 : Using the blackberry Device
Step 1: Navigate to the Blackberry menu on your device and choose "Options", as follows:
Step 2: Scroll down and select "Status"
Step 3: Your DeviceID is displayed on this screen, as follows. You can copy this number by scrolling down to the PIN and bringing up the menu and choosing "Copy PIN" option.
Method 2 : Using the Blackberry Desktop Software
Note : These instructions assume you have installed the Blackberry Desktop Software and have synced your device to your laptop at least once. If you do not have the Blackberry Desktop Software installed, please use the previously described method for getting your DeviceID from your Blackberry itself.
Step 1. Launch the Blackberry Desktop Manager via "Start -> Programs -> Blackberry -> Desktop Manager". The Blackberry Desktop Manager application will start.
Step 2. At the bottom of the screen, you can see a field called "Active device (PIN)", which will display the type of device you have, and the PIN in parentheses, as displayed below. The PIN will be an 8-character alphanumeric string.
