IssueKeon Web PassPort - Adding new sdconf.rec file to the Server
The user fails to authenticate using SecurID after a new copy of the sdconf.rec has been placed in \WinNT\system32.
ResolutionThe Web PassPort caches the node secret. After the new sdconf.rec has been copied, open the IIS MMC and clear the node secret from RSA Keon Web PassPort/ACE. Also, from the ACE administration interface, clear the ?Send Node Secret? from the client record that the Web PassPort web server is running. Then, restart the web server.
