Unable to add a new application in RSA Key Manager
CauseCertificate provided is in binary format
ResolutionRSA Key Manager accepts only PEM encoded certificates.

To convert a binary certificate to a PEM encoded format, on Windows, view the certificate, click on the Details tab -> Copy to file and follow the steps. When asked to select the export file format, select "Base 64".
