IssueError: "Program Error req-authorize.xuda: Line 518: [XrcSECURELOGSERVERNOTREACHABLE] secure logging server is not reachable or out of diskspace. Unable to sign certificate [secure logging server is not reachable or out of diskspace]" in Keon Certificate Authority
CauseThe error indicates an issue where the xudad and/or web server is failing to communicate with the Log Server which is critical for Key Recovery (RSA Keon CA will not allow a key recovery unless it is logged)
ResolutionTo correct this issue, ensure that the parameters 'LoggingServerHost' and LoggingServerPort in the configuration file 'xslogclient.conf' have the correct entries. The LoggingServerHost should be resolvable either via a local hosts file or a domain name service. Alternatively, use an entry of 'localhost' instead of a fully-qualified domain name (FQDN). There are 2 files called 'xslogclient.conf' located in the ../RSA Keon_CA/Xudad/conf and the ../RSA Keon_CA/WebServer/conf directories.

If this solution does not resolve your problem, please contact RSA Security Customer Support for further assistance.
