The platform being used for Remote Administration is not supported. The AM6.1.0 -6.1.4 Remote Administration Client is supported on 32-bit versions of Win2000 workstation,  Win2000 Server,  Win2003 Server, WinXP .

ResolutionUNSUPPORTED WORKAROUND
Log in with an account that has been added directly to the local Administrators group, that is also an RSA Administrator, and launch Remote Administration using "Run As.." choosing a LOCAL (not Domain) account with Admin priveleges. If that is not possible, the user must be given the permissions read/write/change     to both of these directories:
(InstallDirectory)\RSA Authentication Manager\prog
(InstallDirectory)\RSA Authentication Manager\data

This workaround is unsupported, and RSA cannot provide any further support for it.
NotesRequest for Enhancement RFEs  ASRV-3602 and ASRV-3474 exist to add additional platforms to be supported for Remote Administration
