IssueError: "There are no Software Tokens available in the database" when attempting to issue RSA SecurID Software Token
Unable to issue RSA SecurID Software Tokens
CauseAll Software Tokens were used at least once. The Tokens were unassigned from user but have not been revoked. RSA ACE/Server token administration clearly instructs administrators to revoke Software Tokens. Only revoked Software Tokens are available and can be issued again.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, use the RSA SecurID Software Token administration function token > revoke tokens > unassigned. All unassigned Software Tokens will be revoked and available.
