RSA Authentication Agent 7.1
IssueRSA Authentication Agent 7.1 can't work along with AM 7.1 RADIUS on same server

Installed AM 7.1.4 and configured RADIUS server. Verified authentication is working.

Then installed RSA Auth Agent 7.1, however the authentication never success and in real-time authentication activity log monitor, the error message was Node secret mismatch: cleared on agent but not on server.

Tried to copy securid from C:\windows\sysWOW64\ to C:\Program Files\Common Files\RSA Shared\Auth Data, but no help

CauseThis problem is due to different format of node secret, "RSA Radius server" uses older format of node secret and "RSA Authentication Agent7.1" uses new format. To co-exist both we should convert the old node secret  to new format and need to copy that in "RSA Authentication Agent7.1" node secret path(C:\Program Files\Common Files\RSA Shared\Auth Data). Old format should be present in RSA Radius server node secret path C:\windows\sysWOW64\.
Resolution

Here is the command to convert old node secret to new format:

agent_nsload.exe -c  C:\windows\sysWOW64\securid  "C:\Program Files\Common Files\RSA Shared\Auth Data"

Notes

"gent_nsload.exe" comes along with the agent kit.
