Resolution
On the current ACE/Server, perform these steps:
1. Stop the ACE/Server:
        aceserver  stop
        sdconnect  shutdown
2. Run  sddump  -s (-s is specified for server database).
This creates an output file of sdserv.dmp
3. Run  sddump  -l  (-l is specified for log database).
This creates an output file of sdlog.dmp

On the target ACE/Server, perform these steps:
1. Run  sdnewdb  -all on the v 3.3.x ACE/Server to create an "empty" database.
2. Place the sdserv.dmp or sdlog.dmp along with the license.rec file from the old server's /ace/data
   directory into the v 3.3.x /ace/prog directory.
3. Run  sdload from v 3.3.x /ace/prog directory.
