Right click on My Computer
Select Properties
Choose Network Identification Tab
        Full Computer Name : cartman-pc.
        Full Computer Name : CARTMAN-PC.

Notice that there is no domain suffix on this computer name

Click the Properties button

Identification Changes window will pop up
Computer name should read the hostname of the PC ( this should be all lower case - this is not the NETBIOS name )
if this is incorrect or all uppercase change to correct hostname / all lowercase

Click the More button

DNS Suffix and NetBIOS Computer Name Dialog
Primary DNS suffix of this computer should read the remainder of the fully qualified name of the Primary / Replica

        example :         cartman-pc.mydomain.com        DNS Suffix = mydomain.com

You can select Change Primary DNS suffix when domain membership changes
(This will not effect operation of the ACE/Server unless the domain membership changes)

The correct NetBIOS name should be displayed in the lower portion of this window.

After making the changes -->  Click ok
Verify Domain or Workgroup membership --> Click ok
Click Apply or OK to save the changes

You must reboot the ACE/Server to apply these changes.
