No email received by end user
Viewing user details shows entry for E-Mail Address is correct
Non-RSA Mobile email traffic from WebLogic server works correctly
CauseUsing email as managed service provider, rather than SMS via mobiles telephones, relies on using the telephone number field to store details of how to send the email.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, modify the details of the RSA Mobile Credential for the user. Update the field marked as Phone #: and place the email address of the recipient in this field.
