IssueKeon: Is it possible to move users from one KCA installation to another?
Customer wants to move users from a pilot KCA installation to a production KCA installation
CauseThere are no users in the PKI architecture, only certificates. There are user certificates signed by a specific CA.
ResolutionThere is no way to simply move a user certificate from one CA to another. The users must enroll for a new certificate with the other CA. Any speciality work regarding the KCA database would require RSA Professional Services assistance.
