CauseThe database dump file is larger than 2GB and the internal Apache component cannot handle it.
ResolutionThis issue has been reported as defect AM-24473 and has been resolved in patch 18 for AM 7.1 SP4. The replica is running at 7.1 SP4 and a patch cannot be installed on the replica unless it is attached. In order to attach it, contact RSA Technical Support to obtain the hot fix.
The hot fix file contains two files namely OracleCommonutil.class and Operations-console.war
1. Take back up of operations-console.war \RSA AM_HOME\components\oc\wars.
2. Replace it with the modified one from the hot fix.
On AM server navigate to ‘<AM_HOME>\utils\jars\clu-common.jar’
1. Copy ‘<AM_HOME>\utils\jars\clu-common.jar’ to a working folder of your choice.
2. Make a backup copy of clu-common.jar
3. Copy the OracleCommonutil.class file somewhere on the local server.
4. Open clu-common.jar file with an archive utility of your choice.
5. Inside the jar file navigate to ‘com\rsa\tools\common’.
6. Copy OracleCommonutil.class to the above location ( replace the file)
7. Replace ‘<AM_HOME>\utils\jars\clu-common.jar’ with the updated clu-common.jar
Location: ‘<AM_HOME>\radiusoc\utils\jars\clu-common.jar’
1. Copy ‘<AM_HOME>\radiusoc\utils\jars\clu-common.jar’ to a working folder of your choice.
7. Replace ‘<AM_HOME>\radiusoc\utils\jars\clu-common.jar’ with the updated clu-common.jar
8. Shut down the radiusoc, oc and the db services
9. Delete ‘<AM_HOME>/imsoc/servers/AdminServer/cache’.
10. Delete ‘<AM_HOME>>/imsoc/servers/AdminServer /tmp’.
11. Delete ‘<AM_HOME>/radiusoc/servers/AdminServer/cache’.
12. Delete ‘<AM_HOME>/radiusoc/servers/AdminServer /tmp’.
13. Start the oc, radiusoc and db services..
