IssueHow to use RSA SecurID Web Express to change PIN if user does not have an option to create their own
User goes to the user home page of RSA SecurID Web Express and selects the "Change your PIN" link. The user must authenticate via SecurID or Q&A if allowed. Once authenticated, the user sees a page where they can select the token, and they should also see a drop-down menu for the "PIN Creation Method" presenting a choice to create their own PIN.

The user does not see a drop-down menu for the "PIN Creation Method"; they have only the option to "Let Web Express generate the PIN for me".
ResolutionThe account that RSA SecurID Web Express makes the connections to the ACE/Server with must have "Allowed to Create a PIN" enabled in that user record in order for all users to have this. It still depends on the individual user setting, but without the connection account allowing it, they will not have the option to create their own.
